Timeless Grit

Personal Project / Portfolio Project

Timeless Grit began as my first major Unreal Engine project, developed soon after gaining confidence through self-learning. It was designed as a story-driven experience where a man searching for his mysteriously disappeared wife enters a video game world to rescue her, traveling through multiple game worlds shaped by different genres before facing a final boss under time pressure.

Each world was built around a different gameplay style, allowing the project to explore varied player experiences through puzzles, FPS mechanics, side-scrolling sections, fantasy combat, and boss encounters. Although the full game was not completed for release, the project became an important portfolio piece that helped me step into professional game development.
